What is allowed in? or spat out? Taking waste, & erotisisation, defined as the pleasure of excess, as a starting points, this new work questions how to make spaces (like the wall of art institutions) excessive, wasteful and unassimilable, abject, through using sculpture and performance (presented as ornament and pearl -mollusc excrement). Excess/ waste make way for neurodiverse brains of the two artists.  Brains not fully assimilable into current social structures, brains discarded to edges, that rely on excesses - of time, of movement (stimming) in order to continue, and continue, and continue. This current performance collaboration pushes past performances through layering live and digital layering a phrase, much like the layers of a deposit in the process of a pearl making, that ornamental thing. Past recordings and performance voices and live voice are lip synced, abject from their temporal and logical center  to the edge and back again, making way for the true unassimilable. The mouth of the sculptures and the performers become non nonsensical and out of sync, they become excess expenditure, ornamental. 

The bulb sculptures on the wall and floor made through repeated layering and soaking, like that of the pearl become pearl ornaments. Wall is disgusted and expanded- pushed in performance, as the gloves are removed (activated) and replaced (contracted) from it.
