Metal sculpture - 1m X 1m approx, Metal frame, fabric and latex gloves. April 2024
Ornamentation: Recent work has increased cuttings of metal frames to create multiple open mouths. The open mouth, serve to spill and leak not contain, like the words of the perfromances, they are ornamental, no longer serving a functional purpose for the sculpture as a leg or a support, and are made through excessive energy expenditure when. The cut frames like the some of the latex gloves become additives, decor, supported by the other materials. A multiplicity of identities, between function, support, ornament is exposed in these developments that mirror the performances.
